CECT Phones: TV with a Mobile Phone

It was CECT who popularized CECT phones as a combination of TV and a mobile phone, providing its user to see through his mobile phone more than what it is: a TV phone.  This is indeed a breakthrough innovation in mobile technology.  While TV streaming is possible in other phone models, they are channeled via Internet access that may cost quite a bit per hour. With a TV phone developed by CECT, TV viewing time is entirely free as the access is via wireless antenna embedded in a phone.  It works like an FM radio, only with video.

A lot of sites in the internet provide the mobile phone users to watch their favorite TV shows online.  But with TV phones, you no longer have to access your internet – you only have to turn on the analog TV functionality of the phone as if you are turning on an actual TV.  The mobile phone would in turn catch wireless signal for your own streaming.  This is revolutionary innovation in the sense that CECT phones that are TV enabled are free.  This is the main reason why there are lots of people who are at awe at such design, and in turn, ended up purchasing a TV phone on their own.

Some designs of CECT phones allows you to flip and turn the LCD screen sideways (like it is some sort of a camera) if you want to watch a TV show.  Although most of the cect mobile phones are made to resemble the infamous Apple iPhone, it is important to note that the Apple iPhone doesn’t have an analog TV functionality (at least, a free TV streaming like cect’s) or a FM radio capability.  While it is true that CECT mobile phones are 90% clone copies of iPhone, they are not considered to be poor copies.  They are only made of cheaper materials (the LCD screen of a cect mobile phone is plastic, while Apple’s iPhone is made of a glossy glass), but other than that, cect products can be functional as a mobile phone in the least.

The later and the newest cect mobile phones supports free streaming, like the cect ka08 tv phone model.  It has a 2.4 inch LCD touch screen in 260k colors.  It is also referred to as the JP KA08 TV phone because it is an upgraded version of the cect KA08 mini phone.  Like any other touch screen phone, it responds to every touch through finger or stylus.  It has accelerometer that automatically detects motion – thus, it allows autorotation of the display.  With the signature dual sim slot (a feature that is unique to China phones) you don’t have to turn off your phones to change sim cards.  This is an outstanding buy; the idea of a tv phone alone is enough to mesmerize you.
